How to measure your arm and chest length

Arm Length

Take one of your existing shirts where the arm
is a good fit and lay it on the floor.

Measure from the centre of the back of the shirt
to the top of the shoulder. Then continue from
the top of the shoulder to the end of the cuff.

For someone with average arm length and
a chest size of 42 this length will be around
33 inches.

Chest Width

Take a shirt that fits you well and measure around the chest as
shown above. Do not pull to tight. Unless you want a tight shirt.
