Return or Exchange of Goods

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within
a period of 7 working days after the day on which you receive them, for either an
exchange or refund.

"We are always happy to exchange for a different size or style"

Should you cancel your purchase we will then refund you the price you have paid for the
goods*.    

Goods must be returned in good condition within 7 working days of the date delivered to
you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods except where the return
is due to an error we have made or faulty goods, in which case we will also refund the
cost of returning the goods via Royal Mail 2nd class service.

You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and ensure that the goods remain
unused.

When returning goods you should for your own protection obtain both a receipt of posting
(these are free of charge) from your local post office, and if the goods are over the value
of £28, you should purchase extra insurance from the post office up to the original
purchase cost.

If the goods are lost or damaged in the post we cannot accept responsibility.
